Will you come to my house to train me?
Yes! During pregnancy and postpartum, women find it more convenient for me to come to them for our workout sessions together. Whether it’s because of mom’s busy schedule, baby’s sleep schedule, low energy, or just a lack of motivation to get out of the house, you can relax knowing I will come to you and take up only an hour of your time.
What if i don’t have a designated workout space?
No worries! We don’t need much space at all. If you don’t have a home gym, we can use any room that has about a 5’x5’ sqft area of space. A furnished living room will work just fine.
What if I don’t have any fitness equipment?
Not a problem at all! I travel with all of my own equipment so that I take you through a great workout every single time.
You can if you insist but you certainly don’t “need to”. I always say the best part of my job is holding the babies while my mama’s finish their workouts. I will rock, hold, feed and even change diapers so that you can focus on you for one hour.
Do I need to hire a babysitter while we workout?
Can I schedule our workouts during the baby’s nap time?
ABSOLUTELY!, and a great way to take advantage of nap time! I purposely schedule each client at the same time throughout the week because consistent routines are good for everyone. Once we lock in your time, that time slot is yours across the board.
Sometimes it’ll be a doctors appointment and sometimes it’ll be picking up a kid from school. Things are going to come up that interfere with our perfectly planned schedule and thats okay. As soon as you’re aware of the conflict let me know and I will move you to another time or another day. When its possible my other moms are more than willing to swap times to help out another mom. We all get it.
What if I have a schedule conflict with one of our sessions?
No problem. You’ll have homework to do while you’re out of town that you will be able to do without taking any equipment with you. I will simply remove you from my schedule once you let me know travel dates and we will pick right back up when you return. If the trip was last minute and you’ve already paid for the month, we will credit the sessions missed to the following month.
What if we go out of town and I will have to miss several workouts?
For your convenience, I accept payment through Zelle or Cash. You will be charged for the full month of sessions on the 1st of each month. The amount depends on how many sessions you can schedule that month. If you have to cancel a session, a 24-hour notice is required; otherwise, you will forfeit that session. If you cancel with 24 hrs' notice, the canceled session will be credited to the following month's dues.
How do you accept payment?
Great question! If we are unable to schedule enough in-person sessions together, that doesn’t mean we won't be able to work together; it simply means your training may look a little different. If this is you, let’s talk about options to supplement your in-person training.
What if we are unable to match our schedules to workout regularly in person?
My husband would also like to start working out and prioritizing his health. Do you train men?
YES! Well kind of, I only train men if they’re married to one of my mamas. I like to help empower healthy families. So that means I support moms, dad's and of course the kids. All the pets tend to love me too.
On average, I retain clients for about 4 years. Ideally I start working with a married couple 6 months prior to conception, throughout the entire pregnancy and at least for one year postpartum, however most clients continue training with me for a couple years after that. Our relationship may start out as professional but we quickly develop a friendship that endures forever.
